Responsible Gambling
Gambling is entertainment, not income
Only play with money you can afford to lose; never treat betting as a way to earn or fix money problems.
Set a budget of time and money and stick to it. Do not bet when upset or after drinking.
Never chase losses, and do not assume a winning streak will last.
Warning signs
Spending more time and money than planned and finding it hard to stop.
Borrowing to gamble, hiding it from family, or letting it affect work and relationships.
Feeling anxious or guilty after losing, yet wanting to win it back right away.
Tools we offer
Daily deposit cap: set it under “Mine › Account security › Responsible gambling”. Lowering it applies at once; raising it waits 24 hours.
Self-exclusion: a 24-hour cooling-off or 7 days up to permanent. During the period you cannot sign in, bet or deposit, and it cannot be undone by yourself.
Records: your real wins and losses are always visible under “Records”.
Protecting minors
This site is for adults aged 18 and over only. Keep your account and devices away from minors and consider the parental controls built into your device.
Getting help
If gambling feels out of control, contact support to self-exclude and reach out to a local counselling service or a gambling-support organisation.
